About Plasma
While most radiofrequency-based surgical products, such as lasers and electrosurgical devices, use imprecise, heat-driven processes to remove or cut tissue, our Plasma-based devices operate at a lower temperature and are much more precise than traditional surgical tools. Instead of exploding tissue structures under high temperatures, Unitec(优尼特®)technology gently dissolves target tissue, minimizing damage to surrounding healthy tissue.

Unitec(优尼特®)Plasma surgery system can generate high dense plasma region around the probe electrodes(voltage difference exists between electrodes of bipolar or multi-polar probes) by conducting medium like sodium chloride solution or electrolyte in cells. The Plasma region is composed of a highly oxidized and highly gasified plasma thin layer. The plasma layer has enough energy to destroy the organic molecular chains in the tissues ,thus making the molecules separate from each other and tissues volume get reduced .it does not carbonize tissues directly, thus with minimal collateral damage caused. The electricity will not flow through tissues directly, so the tissues heat is limited and working temperature is controlled at a low level. Our plasma surgery system has the advantages as blew: tissue surface temperature keep in 40-70℃,collateral damage to surrounding healthy tissues limited to the least ,thermal penetration controlled at the best, focused ablation at tissues in the way of molecular separation ,and others.
